The client contacts the team – L Cubers – presenting their problem, expectations, and objectives. An L Cuber will respond to the request and schedule a free on-site or online technical visit. After this visit, the team will send a value offer with a detailed description of the project to be executed. After adjudication of the services, the project will be scheduled. What is included in each project will be agreed with the customer during the technical visit and explained in the value offer, which may include, in addition to the execution of the project, the acquisition of suitable organizing products, forwarding the items that have been decluttered to charitable institutions, among others. others.

L3 encourages the use of existing items in the client’s space, whether they are organizing products or others that we upcycle. However, if the customer wishes to purchase new products, the L Cubers are available to do so for them, if they so choose. The choice of products will depend on several factors, always considering their budget and will depend on their validation.

All projects begin with a technical visit, in which the client’s needs, expectations, and objectives will be assessed. After the visit, you will receive a detailed value offer (in hourly rate or fixed value per project). Due to the personalized nature of our services and the unique characteristics of projects at L3 , there is no price list.
